Our Guarantee Every purchase from King Jewels is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all included paperwork (authenticity card, certificate, etc.) to qualify for a refund.
- Items showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage are not eligible for a refund and will be sent back to the customer.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at support@shopkingjewels.com with your order number to request a return.
- Once approved, ship your item back to the return address provided within 14 days of approval.
- The physical item must be received and inspected by King Jewels before any refund is issued. A return request alone does not trigger a refund — the item must be sent back and pass inspection first.
- Once your return is received and passes inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
