Eligibility

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging.

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Process

  1. Email us at support@shopkingjewels.com with your order number.

  2. If approved, ship your item back within 7 days of approval.

    • Exchange for another product of equal or lesser value.

    • Store credit (no expiration).

    • Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled case-by-case.

Condition

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all paperwork (authenticity card, certificates, etc.).

  • We cannot accept returns with signs of wear, resizing, or damage.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
