Processing Times

  • Orders for ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders for made-to-order or pre-order items are processed once your piece is manufactured. Please allow 3–5 weeks for delivery on these items.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (USPS First Class/Priority).

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $200+ (US only).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Notes

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary during holidays or supplier delays.

  • If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, it will ship together when all items are available.
